    GP Block is situated in Meerut, UP, India.

    It is not just a single house but a three structured building. It is known for it's three buildings that have been abandoned for many decades. There is nothing much surrounding it. This makes it more haunted. It is also known as "Bhoot Bungalow". It holds the position in top 10 haunted places in India.

 

 

    VISITING INFORMATION :-

         The important thing is that it does not have private ownership rather it belongs to the Indian Defense Forces. Common people are restricted from visiting there directly as it is in Cantt area of Indian army.

 

    HOW TO REACH THE PLACE :-     

   

        Meerut has a good connectivity by road and train means of transportation. So, you can easily reach out the place at your own risk as they have not given a permission to go there. For airplane mode, you should prefer Indira Gandhi International Airport. After that you can book either private cab or a bus.

HISTORY

    The triplet buildings combined to form the haunted area . The paranormal activities suggests that the spirit belongs to the old times. According to some historians, this house belonged to the British Army Forces with architectural style of 1900s. One room on the ground floor of a building is accompanied by 6 people whom the army has hired as care takers except it all the houses in the buildings are unoccupied. It undoubtedly belonged to some rich families before they decided to leave that palace like building.

 

    The building was built in 1930 but it is vacant since decades. A British constable D'Souza started living there in 1945 and died in a road accident there. So, his ghost have been seen by many people in this bungalow.

Claims and Myths

•  People claimed that the spirit of constable was asking for bread-butter and egg in the middle of crossroad. 
• Some people said that four boys were seen drinking alcohol and talking with each other in a candle light.
• Many people claimed that they have seen the spirit walking on the roof of the building.
• Here, a woman wearing red saree was also seen out of the house.
