ABOUT

    Avadh Palace was once a hotel of pride for Rajkot. Located at Kalavad road, 9 km from Rajkot city, the gate of the palace itself is so scary to enter. The surrounding area of the Avadh Palace is so quiet. The place is vacant and ruined since 3-4 decades. One can reach by airplane as the airport is just 5 km away from the site. There is also a railway station at a distance of just 7 km.

 

 

 

HISTORY

    The popular Avadh Palace is a grand mansion. The palace is known to be owned by NRI but the truth is still not known. The place remains inhabited since years. The locals do not even roam near the place for the most vicious and startling reasons which makes the place more spooky and crowns it a title in the list of top 10 haunted places in Gujarat.

 

    The reason of the place being haunted is so ferocious. According to the locals, long ago a girl was raped and brutally murdered and burnt in the building. Since then her revengeful spirit haunts the palace and petrifies the one who even dares to enter it. After the dusk not a single person even with the group dares to enter the mansion.

 

 

Claims And Myths

    There are no real life experiences attached with this place till now. The visitors just claimed about the eerie feeling which came from inside as they visit the building. Photography is also allowed by taking permission.
