According to them, the first real incidence is considered to be the death of an old couple naming Mr Vasudeo Dalal and his wife Tara Dalal who committed suicide by jumping off the veranda of eighth floor on 14 June 1998.

The reason behind their suicide was found on a suicide note in which it was mentioned that they were continuously harassed by their son Balkrishna and daughter in law Sonal Dalal. So Balkrishna and Sonal were arrested by police. After a long court procedure of seven years, they understood that they were monetarily shaky and their business of extra parts was not progressing nicely, so they choose to stop.

On the decision day, Monday, March 28, 2005, at 6:30 AM, Balkrishna, Sonal and their 19-year-old girl Pooja ended it all by hopping from similar veranda in similar custom as their folks did. One of the residents of The Towers, Mr. Jain also committed suicide in the year 2000.

Another incidence happened on April 26, 2001 when Mr Narayan Ramchander who was intellectually tormented by his organizations and was strained, ended it all by bouncing off nineteenth floor of Grand Paradi Towers.
