    Firoz Shah Kotla Fort is one of the prominent places in India to be visited by many tourists around the world. The Fort is built by Delhi Sultanate during the 14th century. The Firoz Shah Kotla Fort is a fortress fort and is divided in two sections one is the Ashokan Pillar and the other is the Jami Masjid. The sultan of Firoz Shah named the fort Firozabad. Firoz Shah Kotla is one of the most massive and ancient forts that consist of excellent architecture work.

    HOW TO REACH THE PLACE :- 
         
            The distance from Indira Gandhi International airport is 18 km and from Pragati maidan metro station is 2 km. Firoz Shah Kotla Fort is so easy to reach. The nearest metro station is ITO on Violet Line. You can easily make other transport systems like auto, taxi, and bus to reach the Firoz Shah Kotla Fort nearest metro. 
 
 



HISTORY

   Firoz Shah Kotla fort is considered among one of the haunted places in India. It is recommended to not to visit after sunset.The fort has a significant impact on D-jinns, spirits, and ghosts that roam around the place after the sunset.
 
    The Fort is constructed behind the ITO press lane also known as the heart of the city and it is very near to Kotla cricket stadium. The locals here believe the djinns can understand their wishes to come true by offering them milk and various products. It is also claimed that many mentally disturbed people visit the Fort to get solace. 
 
     It is believed that the D-jinns are shapeless and even formless, unlike humans but the unusual thing is they can get married and can even have kids. Visitors must know that at any period, they can get worse and moody so be aware that they are not like angels. The most strange but important fact is the target of D-jinns are young women who are alone and ones who dry their hair on their roofs.

    The Kotla Fort is haunted by many screaming voices that come out from the graves. It is also claimed by the visitors that they have been slapped by hands that are invisible. Many people have also chased by mysterious winds that roam around the whole Firoz Shah Kotla Fort.
