 ABOUT

    Dow Industrial Complex is located in Bhopal, Maharashtra, India. It runs by the company name "The Dow Chemical Company" which is among the largest three chemical producer in the world. Founder of that company is Herbert Henry Dow.

 

    In 2017, the company merged into DowDuPont and then with Dow Inc. was separated into a public company via a corporate spin-off. Union carbide became a subsidiary of Dow Chemical in 2001.

    HOW TO REACH THE PLACE :-

        AIR:- It is just 13 km away from Rajabhoj International Airport. So, you can easily access the place.

        TRAIN:- It is just at a distance of 3 km from Bhopal Railway Station.

 

 

 

 

HISTORY

    Almost all the people are aware about the incident happened in Bhopal named as Bhopal Gas Tragedy. It was an unfortunate event which occurred in Union Carbide (now Dow Chemical). It was one of the worst industrial disasters in the history of the country and the world. At midnight on 3rd December, 1984, the plant accidentally released Methyl Isocyanate gas exposing more than 5 lac people. 

    The official death count was about 2,259 and the government confirmed a total death of 3,787. Others estimated about 11,000 have affected their lives due to the tragedy. This event killed a lot of people and caused consequences that still remain today.

    So, due to that tragedy, the Dow Industrial Complex allegedly contains the spirits of the killed people. Nowadays, it is in the worst condition and people seldom visit it.

 

 

 

 

Claims And Myths

    People who visited there claimed that they heard strange voices and spooky things. Some had also claimed that they saw the spirit in a state of agony. The locals, as well as the families, believe the stories of para normality. So, if someone wants to taste the adventure, they should definitely visit the place. The chilliness of the place spooks most people out of their wits.
