 ABOUT

    Nithari is a village in Uttar Pradesh, India, bordering on New Delhi. It forms part of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority's planned industrial city, Noida, falling in Sector 31.

    There is a kothi in sector 31, D-5 which is not an usual kothi but people found it to be haunted for the last 11 years. Neither the light burned there nor the gate were opened. The building belonged to Moninder Singh Pandher, the Villain of the Nithari Scandal, who used to live there with Surendra Koli called Narpishach. At that time, it has one of the most magnificent rooms in the area.

 

    It should be said that the bungalow is now a pile of garbage only as bushes have grown inside the house and the walls were discolored. Nowadays, on one side the kothi is the house of one lawyer whereas on other side it is the house of doctor. Both were questioned by the neighbors but after long time they neglect it. They became uncomfortable when they would like to talk about that dreadful scandal.

 

    Thieves had entered into the houses and took away every valuable item with them, they found inside the house like TV, fans, etc. Uttar Pradesh police had sealed the house since 2006.

HISTORY

    The bungalow has been closed for a long time. The bats have made shelter, spider webs are seen everywhere. The bungalow is also known as "House of Horror".

    Its about almost 12 years when the Nithari Murder case was occurred, but still the incidents memories gives us the nightmares about the whole gruesome incident. The whole nation became shocked when this incident came to light. Dozens of skeletons were found in a drain.

 

    The owner of bungalow Moninder Singh Pander and his household help Surender Koli on the charge of sexual assault and also the murder of 19 children inside the house. During the investigation, it was found out that the accused have also cooked some of the children which were eaten by Koli.

    Even after such a long time, the fear in the hearts of villagers is much terrifying. They never allow their students to play there. They told them even not to stop there.

    Before some time, people passing around this kothi claimed to hear some strange voices from the place. This thing came to the notice of the administration and others as well but later on after some investigation, it was found to be baseless.
